MCR Apartment
▎MCR Apartment is a minimalist residence designed by VOA Arquitetura, located in Sao Paulo, Brazil.
When a project allows us to create realms outside of architecture, we believe everything becomes more cohesive and interesting. In this case we designed the bookshelf, dining room sideboard and dining table itself for the project.
▎Designing furniture for each project forces us to think from a different perspective.
The bookshelf is the core element of the project, responsible for integrating the environment. Uneven but still asymmetrical niches bring dynamism to the design and space.
▎In the bedroom, wooden panels together with other materials form the space, bringing a sense of comfort and warmth to the environment.
As for the kitchen, thanks to its linear design, the space is fully utilized. The design focuses on functionality without neglecting details and the choice of materials to harmonize with the rest of the project.
